Our policies and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

- General Terms and Conditions:
- Service Agreement: Overview of the contract between Elite Express and the customer.
- Customer Responsibilities: Accurate information, proper packaging, and timely communication.
- Company Responsibilities: Timely pickup, safe transit, and on-time delivery.
- Delivery Policies:
- Coverage Areas: Our services are available exclusively in the capital city Muscat and some major cities across Oman.
- Delivery Schedule: Based on our delivery schedules and the agreement with the customer, we ensure packages are delivered on the specified date and time.
- Pickup and Drop-off: Procedures for receiving and delivering packages must be completed.
- Special Instructions: Handling Instructions for Fragile or Perishable Items Must Be Communicated and Followed.
- Payment and Fees:
- Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
- Pricing Structure: Rates based on package weight, size, and delivery distance.
- Refund and Cancellation: Refund Policies (Partial and Full) Applicable when the package is damaged during delivery or if there is a delay in delivering the package by more than one hour from the scheduled delivery time.
- 4. Privacy Policy:
- Data Collection: All the information we collect (name, address, and contact details) will be protected privately.
- Usage: The collected data will be used to serve you better & privately.
- Protection: Measures will be taken to secure your personal information.
- Customer Rights: You are entitled to access, modify, and erase your data as per your rights.
- Liability and Limitations:
- Insurance Coverage: Ensuring protection for lost or damaged packages.
- Liability: The extent of our legal responsibilities in cases of delays and damages.
- Limitations: Exemptions and limitations on our liability.
- Specific Service Conditions:
- Daily Trips:
- Customers throughout the trip schedule can call us and meet us at certain locations to hand over their packages for delivery.
- Immediate Delivery Service:
- Requests must be made at least 3 hours prior to the package pickup time.
- Minimum order of 5 packages or no less than 5 kg within Muscat.
- For deliveries from Muscat to other major cities, requests must be made at least six hours prior to the package pickup time & a full-house small truck/van order is required.
- Booking a Delivery Request (30% Discount):
- In Muscat, delivery must be booked at least 2 days in advance, with a minimum of 10 packages or no less than 10 kg.
- For deliveries from Muscat to other major cities, bookings must be made at least five days in advance & a full-house small truck or van order is required.
- Advance Payment:
- Advance payment is required for all services.
